Recently, as interim CEO of a large women’s and home multi-category retailer, Bridgit led the strategic restructuring and turnaround, culminating in a successful sale of assets to a strategic in less than 18 months.  She effectively stabilized the business while implementing wide-scale operational improvements.  Key highlights include re-established lender and vendor confidence, attracting and hiring a new and experienced executive team, revamping product and customer strategy, right-sized real-estate portfolio, implementing operational improvements and cost savings, and initiating a 2-year digital transformation.

The complete overhaul of supply chain, retail and e-commerce operations led to a $48M return over 3 years including transition to a 3PL saving the company $10M annually, she reduced SGA by 21%, optimized the real estate portfolio, delivered a 35% gain in EBITDA, reduced inventory by 60%, and negotiated $4.5M out of AP which in turn led to significant value creation and ability to attract strategic buyers.

Women's Fashion Brand Overhaul

Rapidly transformed a well-established US-based women’s fashion brand by challenging the status quo and developing significant topline opportunities. Injected new creative energies, forged innovative partnerships, and introduced fresh ways of engaging customers, resulting in a substantial increase in shareholder value, team member engagement, and brand stickiness. Drove 100% EBITDA and 55% Revenue gain in 12 months; re-engineered assortment generating 2% CVR increase and saved 12% SGA .
